The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developer Association (SHEDA) held a three-day road show at the Boulevard Shopping Mall, in which quality and affordable properties were offered at rates only available during the said event.

The event, which was comprised of 20 booths, was held from 17 to 19 February at the ground floor of the shopping complex.

"Our main focus this time around is our affordable houses at Kota Samarahan, fronting Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas)," Alex Lim, Property Sales Executive at SHM Development Sdn Bhd, said in a report by The Borneo Post.

Launched last week, the new project comprises single- and double-storey terrace houses with prices starting from RM198,000 per unit.

SHM Development also showcased its SHM Garden 9 project located near Stutong Baru. Currently under construction, the project is expected to be completed within two years with only a few units left for sale.

"We are also offering five per cent bumiputera discount for this particular project," Lim revealed.

In addition, Tedfar Development Sdn Bhd (Tedfar) also participated in the road show, highlighting the rebates for the units at its Beautiful Garden 4 and Moyan Jaya Phase 2 (pictured).

"Our Moyan Jaya 2 Phase 2 is located along the Batu Kawa-Matang road. It is currently 40 percent sold out," said Jill Sim, Senior Marketing Supervisor, adding that unit price of Moyan Jaya project starts from RM290,000.
